esys-conan is the shared Conan 2 CLI and option sets used across LibESys: one place to seed artifactory.libesys.org with Boost, Poco, OpenSSL, libxml2, xmlsec, and related third-party binaries (shared and static) so CI and fat esysrepoexe builds do not reinvent profiles and package ids.
