Artifactory package matrix

Presence of Release binaries on artifactory.libesys.org for packages that esys-conan publish builds. Two tables, each with shared vs static per OS:

1. x86_64 — Linux / Windows / macOS (linux-ci, msvc2022-x64, Intel Mac).
2. ARM64 — Linux / Windows / macOS (linux-ci-aarch64, Windows on ARM, Apple Silicon).

Data is loaded from same-origin /metrics/conan/latest.json. On production, a Cloudflare Pages Function serves live R2 data without a site rebuild. Local npm start uses the committed placeholder under static/metrics/conan/.

Windows / macOS ARM64 cells stay empty until matching Conan profiles and publish jobs exist; the matrix already tracks arch=armv8 binaries when they appear on Artifactory.

CI: run the *:linux or *:linux:aarch64 publish jobs (aarch64 jobs already set ESYS_CONAN_LINKAGE=both). Refresh the matrix with esys-conan matrix generate + matrix publish (or the scheduled matrix:generate job).
